I am a new creation in Christ.

We went to the Franklin Park Conservatory to see all the fabulous butterflies! I've always loved butterflies since I was a kid! My mom & I have a contest every spring to see who gets to see the 1st butterfly. I haven't spotted any "REAL" ones yet, but loved seeing these at the indoor butterfly garden.

They are a great reminder to me that I am ugly with sin just like a creepy caterpillar. With Jesus in my life, I am as beautiful as a butterfly. He cleans our sins and makes us into beautiful creations. Does a butterfly return back into a caterpillar? NO WAY! Neither will I turn from the joy I have in Jesus. I hope you too can find that joy.

I don't testify enough so thought I'd share from my heart tonight. :)

Really! Has it been January since I posted?????

Oh, I've done horrible at posting on my blog. Does anyone even read this????? Here is a blog test. To the 1st 3 people to email me at ltportraits7@verizon.net I will give a free session and a free 8x10!

I've taken some time off to reset my home studio up in my basement. I also had fun taking pics of a local Christian school's basketball team. And I worked on a book project for my cousin. She wrote the story and asked me to take the pics. You can view the full set of pics by clicking here. http://www.lorithompsonportraits.com/chair/index.html

The picture above is for the cover. I hope to be back in business with the return of spring. Bye!
